Vada Pinson - "Silky & Strong"

Vada Pinson played Major League Baseball from 1958-1975. He began his career as an outfielder for the Cincinnati Redlegs/Reds in 1958 and played with them until 1968. Pinson is a four-time All-Star (1959-1960) and Gold Glove Award winner (1961). In 1977, he was inducted into the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame.
