Tony Perez - "Solid"
Tony Pérez played Major League Baseball from 1964-1986 as a first and third baseman. He played for 16 season for the Cincinnati Reds (1964-1976, 1984-1986) and later served as a manager one season in 1993. Pérez is a three-time World Series champion with the Reds - twice as part of The Big Four in 1975 and 1976 and once as a coach with the 1990 wire-to-wire world series win against the Oakland Athletics. He is a seven-time All-Star (1967-1970, 1974-1976) and his number (24) is retired by the Reds. Pérez was inducted into the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame in 1998 and then into the National Baseball Hall of Fame 2000.
